Einführung

Andrew Law vereint weite Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Rechtsberatung als auch auf dem Gebiet der Computertechnologie, was durch seine Stellung als Vorsitzender des Technology Committee oft he Hong Kong Law Society von 1995 bis 2015 zum Ausdruck kommt. Die fast einzigartige Verbindung von dieser beiden Gebiete macht ihn zu einem der wenigen Experten auf dem Gebiet des IT Rechts.

Dies führt oft zur Beratung in grenzüberschreitenden Mandaten, da sich die IT Infrastruktur oft schneller entwickelt als die nationale Gesetzgebung.
