Introduction

Mr. Pang has 20 years of experience in project management and international real estate, he has been admitted as a Hong Kong solicitor in 2013. He was the Legal Counsel of Hong Kong Maxim’s Group (the largest food and beverage operator in Hong Kong), the Head of Legal and the Head of Leasing Administration of a well-established Hong Kong property developer (a local developer with over 75 years of history in Hong Kong). Mr. Pang was also a part time lecturer teaching CPD courses for licensed real estate agent in Hong Kong.

Mr. Pang was a bilingual solicitor practicing Hong Kong and Australia Laws, he has been practicing in Hong Kong and Brisbane. Mr. Pang specializes on commercial lease, tenancy dispute, property management, merge and acquisition of food & beverage operation, management of franchise agreement, family office, and civil & criminal litigation. Mr. Pang also has extensive experience in due diligence and dispute resolution on development projects.
