INTRODUCTION

Mr Victor Yau Chi Keung, a qualified Hong Kong lawyer, graduated from the Law School of the University of London and obtained the post-graduate certificate in laws holder from the University of Hong Kong. He then completed his Master Degree course in law from Renmin University of China. He is experienced in wide spectrum of legal work ranging from general civil and criminal legal practice, advising on banking, commercial and listed company matters, commercial litigation/arbitration, immigration related legal matter. Mr. Yau is also qualified as a PRC lawyer in the first Greater Bay Area Qualification Examination. Mr. Yau can speak fluent English, Putonghua, Cantonese and some Haka dialect.

Mr. Yau used to be a coach of mediation course in Hong Kong Baptist University (2009), member of HKIAC, HKIArb., Dalin International conventions and exhibitions (2002), ADR in Macau Law Conference and coach of the mediation courses in Hong Kong Law Society (2009). He was the managing partner (2019) of Yu Sun Yau Mak & Lawyers, director and legal consultant of many commercial and non-profit organizations. Mr. Yau was granted Honorary Doctor of Ministry by Hong Kong Institute of Christian Counselors in 2017. Mr. Yau is also one of the authors of the book "Cross-border Families: Transgression and Dialogue ".
